Jeshi has shared new single ‘Hurricane’.

Out now, it’s the second single from his second album – an auspicious development, by numerology standards.

‘Hurricane’ is typically inventive, with Jeshi bobbing and weaving around the beat. The lyrics detail situations when life can be overwhelming, but the song also displays a clear thirst for chaos.

Jeshi comments…

THIS SONG IS ALL ABOUT HOW MUCH OF A WHIRLWIND LIFE CAN BE, AND HOW WE MIGHT PRETEND WE DON’T BUT LOVE THE CHAOS OF IT. BEEN SWEPT UP BY LIFE SWEPT UP BUT PEOPLE WE LOVE AND WOULDN’T HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY. THANK YOU JONAH AND LEILAH FOR MAKING THIS WITH ME AND UNCANNY FOR DIRECTING THE MOVIE.

Ah yes, the video. ‘Hurricane’ features guest vocals from Leilah, while Uncanny directs the full clip – Jeshi plays a weatherman in the future whose day comes to a climax when a catastrophic weather event upends his life.

Blending archival TV footage with manic 3D visuals, it’s a riveting watch – it’s the end of the world as we know – and Jeshi doesn’t feel fine…
