Doting husband John Legend fixed his wife Chrissy Teigen’s dress on the red carpet as the pair attended the Academy Museum Gala.   

The model, 38, and the Grammy-winning singer, 45, coordinated in chic, cream-coloured ensembles for their red carpet appearance in Los Angeles on Saturday. 

Chrissy put on a busty display in her figure-hugging cream satin gown, which featured a low-cut, scalloped bustier bodice and sheer fabric, mimicking flower petals, on each side of her hips. 

Her fabulous dress featured into a long train, which cascaded down and trailed behind her. 

In an adorable display, John ensured his glamorous wife looked her best on the carpet as he sorted the train on her gown to make sure it sat correctly.

Chrissy accessorised with a shimmering tennis necklace and styled her caramel-coloured, chin-length bob in a voluminous ‘do.

She looked radiant with peach blush on her cheeks and a mauve pink gloss to top off her look.

At her side, John donned a chic tuxedo jacket with satin lapels, which he paired with a white button-down and a black bowtie. 

The All of Me hitmaker completed his look with black tailored trousers and matching, leather dress shoes.

On Sunday, the duo headed on a family day out after the glamorous event, as they took their children to watch baseball.  

The pair watched from the stands during Game Six of the National League Championship Series between the New York Mets and the Los Angeles Dodgers at Dodger Stadium.

Their busy weekend came after Chrissy and John marked their 11th wedding anniversary last month.  

John — who met his wife on set of his Stereo music video in 2006 — posted a sweet tribute to Chrissy on Instagram marking the milestones along with a photo of her enjoying dinner.

The mother-of-four also paid tribute on their special day by sharing various snaps dedicated to her husband via Instagram, who she called her ‘favorite person.’ 

‘Happy anniversary to my favorite person on this whole planet. thank you for loving me and our family so fully,’ Chrissy gushed.

‘Thank you for being my partner and best friend. 18 years together. 11 years married. 4 babies. 4 dogs. 2 hairless cats. A bearded dragon. A house full of love and fun.

‘We are so lucky. I love you bear!’ the Cravings founder concluded.

Chrissy also took to her Instagram story to re-share a throwback photo posted by a celebrity photographer of the model and her man from early on in their relationship.

The photographer, who goes by the user name @shot_by_shaene, tagged the A-list couple and wrote: ‘I shot this of you guys on what was the beginning, Friday night June 13, 2008. here we are now at 18 years. Congratulations for keeping together all this time.’
