NFL: Dallas Cowboys register a thrilling last-minute 20-17 win over Steelers
The Dallas Cowboys faced a formidable challenge heading into their Sunday night matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers. With a depleted defence and a weather delay adding to the complications, the odds were stacked against them. However, in a display of resilience and determination, the Cowboys managed to secure a hard-fought victory, improving their record 3-2.
Already shorthanded due to several defensive absences, their challenge was intensified by a lengthy weather delay, stretching over an hour and a half, at Acrisure Stadium. The defence faced further strain when Marshawn Kneeland, a substitute for DeMarcus Lawrence and Micah Parsons, exited early with a knee injury. Meanwhile, Dak Prescott had a rough outing, fumbling once and throwing a red-zone interception, eventually contributing a third turnover in the second half.
