Willed secures $3 million in latest funding round

Willed, an estate management platform, has raised $3 million in its latest funding round, with Seven West Media joining as an investor. This strategic investment includes an option for an additional $3 million, allowing Willed to boost its marketing efforts.

Founded in 2019 and launched in 2020, Willed provides a “death-as-a-service” software solution for wills, probate, and prepaid funerals, aiming to make end-of-life planning simple and accessible. This new funding follows a previous $6 million round in June 2022, with investors that include Thorney Investment Group and PSC Insurance founder Paul Dwyer.

InDebted raises $50 million in series C funding

InDebted, a consumer debt collection fintech, has raised $50 million in a Series C funding round, valuing the company at over $350 million.

The round was led by Airtree and backed by the Australian Retirement Trust and Premier Capital Partners, with contributions from existing shareholders. Previously, InDebted secured $22.5 million in July 2022 at a $200 million valuation.

Restoke raises $5.1 million seed round for U.S. expansion

Restoke.ai, a hospitality operations management platform, has raised $5.1 million in Seed funding to support its expansion into the U.S. market. Founded in 2020 by Assaf Stizki and Ken Brand, the AI-based platform automates restaurant operations. The funding was led by Rampersand, with support from Mandalay Venture Partners and U.S. venture firms BC Growth and Stage2 Capital.

Mary Technology Raises $1.35 Million for AI Legal Solutions

Sydney legaltech startup Mary Technology has raised $1.35 million to enhance its AI solution for drafting case chronologies. The funding round was led by Empress Capital, with contributions from notable investors including Sam Nickless, CEO of Gilbert + Tobin. Mary’s software streamlines the preparation process, converting thousands of documents into tailored chronologies in under 15 minutes.
