HOUSTON – A Houston Marine is facing charges after being accused of sexually assaulting a teen girl.
Antonio Stephens, 26, has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault of a child ages 14-17.
According to a search warrant, the 16-year-old victim said Stephens started sexually assaulting her in July of 2023 on multiple occasions. She reportedly said he would threaten her life with guns and threaten to kill her.
In one incident, the victim told investigators Stephens accused her of talking to other boys and reportedly chocked her, leaving red hand marks on her neck, the document read.
The victim also said some of the sexual assaults happened in the Marine Corps Recruiting Office where Stephens worked in Houston.
Stephens is currently behind bars and his bond was set at $200,000.
