Mark Wahlberg’s wife Rhea Durham posted – then quickly deleted – a very racy picture of her movie star husband in the shower.

The couple tied the knot in 2009 and are now the proud parents of four children, Ella, 21, Michael, 18, Brendan, 16, and Grace, 14.

And during a recent vacation to Fiji, Rhea proved that her attraction to her husband has not dimmed over 15 years of marriage.

She uploaded a jaw-dropping snap of Mark fully nude in the shower, seen from behind with only a tiny heart placed over his rear to protect his modesty.

‘Thinking back to this view of @markwahlberg,’ wrote Rhea on the picture, which she posted to Instagram but then quickly took down.

Mark was sporting the same sculpted physique he had 30 years ago when he flashed the flesh in a sensational Calvin Klein campaign with Kate Moss.

He has preserved his ageless good looks with a no-holds-barred health and fitness regime, in which red light therapy and cold plunges are the tip of the iceberg.

The hunk rises between 3:30 and 4am everyday and starts his day off with vitamins and supplements, such as vitamins C and D and turmeric.

As for his diet, he refrains from eating anything between 6pm and noon the next day, tiding himself over with espressos in the interim.

However his current routine is a relaxed affair next to his former habit of rising at 2:30am and eating up to eight meals a day to sustain his grueling workout schedule.

Nowadays, his fitness regimen is a bit less strenuous but he is ‘all about intermittent fasting,’ which has allowed him to achieve the body he desires.

‘I don’t have to do as much cardio, I don’t have to spend as much time in the gym, and I feel like I’m getting better results,’ he told the Wall Street Journal.

‘I’m trying to share that information with everybody because I’m really, really seeing the benefits and pretty quickly,’ Mark added.

The The Departed star has extolled the benefits of being ‘consistent with my routine,’ explaining: ‘Getting the right amount of rest, really staying focused. My spirituality, my faith has got to be the center of it all.’
